01 / THE TECHNOLOGY

Precision at every stage.

From electrical power management to the final treatment of flue gases, the furnace is designed around a controlled, repeatable working process.

01

Controlled electric heating

IGBT technology regulates electrical power to the furnace. Electric operation reduces dependence on gas or oil for heating and can be supplied with renewable electricity.

02

Integrated afterburning

A secondary chamber, specified at 1,200°C, provides further treatment of combustion gases before they enter the exhaust system.

03

Clear process oversight

PLC control, an HMI operator interface and emission-monitoring equipment bring operation and process information together in one control system.

Built for professional daily operation.

A human cremation capacity of 150 kg per hour, stainless-steel construction and a practical loading arrangement support an efficient, dignified workflow.

Capacity is based on supplier information. Actual throughput depends on the load, operating cycle and configuration. Equipment and site requirements are confirmed in the quotation.

HUMAN / OPERATION

Designed around the operator

An inspection window, hydraulic coffin transfer and accessible controls support day-to-day work. A cremulator and ash-cooling cabinet can be specified as additional equipment.

03 / THE MODULAR CREMATORIUM

A thoughtful space.
A practical installation.

The proposed 12 × 2.5 m module offers approximately 30 m² for a coordinated cremation facility. Its steel structure can be finished in different colours and materials.

01

Prepared for colder climates

Insulation and an air-source heat pump help maintain the indoor environment when the furnace is not operating.

02

Hygiene built into the layout

Stainless-steel walls in the furnace area, durable tiled floors and clear transfer routes make the working space practical to maintain.

03

Room to adapt

Plan a farewell area, operator room or storage around your needs. The module can be relocated when the destination and necessary permissions are ready.

Transport planned with the equipment

The presentation specifies a trailer with at least 3,000 kg load capacity. The complete transport arrangement, electrical connection and site requirements are confirmed for your project.

Short cycles for smaller animals

Supplier examples indicate around 10 minutes for a small animal of approximately 3 kg and under an hour for animals up to 80 kg. Indicative energy use is under 3 kWh and 30 kWh respectively; conditions and cycle scope must be confirmed for the selected equipment.

05 / FROM PROJECT TO OPERATION

Support beyond the furnace.

A good installation starts with the right specification and continues with practical training and planned maintenance.

01

Define your project

Share your location, capacity needs, available utilities and preferred configuration. We prepare a project-specific quotation.

02

Plan the installation

Agree the equipment, layout, transport and commissioning. Local permissions, foundations and connections are coordinated for the site.

03

Train your team

The human crematorium proposal includes three days of on-site operator training, supporting safe and confident daily use.

04

Keep it working

Plan professional servicing and routine care. The human presentation proposes annual professional maintenance.

A few practical questions

Can the furnace be installed in an existing building?

Yes. The furnace can be specified for installation in your own premises, subject to space, structural, utility and site requirements.

Is a hybrid version available?

The human cremation system is also offered in a gas/electric hybrid configuration. Discuss the appropriate energy arrangement with our sales team.

Can a mobile unit operate anywhere?

Each location needs suitable access, connections and the necessary local permissions. Relocatable construction does not remove site approval requirements.

How much does a solution cost?

Every solution is quoted for its configuration and delivery scope. Contact sales for a furnace, complete module, chapel or mobile pet cremation quotation.
